I was born like a human

When I was in my childhood

My friends were innocent

We used to play and run

As I started growing

I started getting worry

Disappeared was the fun

I acted like a hero

My homework was villain

As I grew further what scared was the board

I ran for tution from lanes and through roads

My neighbors were worried when i wrote the board

But I was very lucky somehow survived the board

As I grew further I went to another city

This was a new world where I studied university

I had many friends few girls and many gents

I used to bunk classes I used to go late

I had a girlfriend We used to for date

After I got the degree I prepared for competition

Seats were few and they came with reservation

I was unemployed I faced the breakup

It broke me from inside and what healed was the liquor

I kept on preparing and finally got the job

It was a big city away from my home

People were busy and so was the road

Traffic was hectic and mind was full of load

Cars were racing and so was the life

I lived like a traveler

And they said you need a wife

When someone got accident and he was all alone

Some people were getting beaten and no one to save them on.

I passed from beside was going for my job

I was in a hurry and bothered was my soul

But I didn't stopped & left them all alone

This act was inhumane according to my soul

Those victims were wounded and so was my soul

I want to stop for them and extend the helping hand

I want to heal their wounds and I want to heal my soul

I want to act humanly and I want to feel their pain

I was born like a Human I want to be a Human again.

आरक्षण

                   आरक्षण

फल भी बांधो जड़ो को भी मजबूत करो अब नेता जी।

राजनीति को आरक्षण से दूर करो अब नेता जी।

आरक्षण को एक पीढ़ी तक सीमित रखो नेता जी।

पिछड़ों में कुछ अगरे है , अगरो में कुछ पिछड़े है।

जो पिछड़ गए उनको खींचों सिर्फ जाति देख कर मत सींचो।

आरक्षण से विसंगतियों को दूर करो अब नेता जी।

जो अनपढ़ है उनको पढ़ाओ साक्षर और जागरूक बनाओ।

रोजगार का जाल फैला कर स्वावलम्बी उनको बनाओ।

संविधान का भेद कराकर , मौलिक कर्तव्यों से मिलाओ।

राज्य नीति निर्धारण में पिछड़ों को प्राधान्य बताओ।

प्रस्तावना का अर्थ बता के अधिकारो से बोध कराओ।

केवल आरक्षण दे कर पल्ला अपना मत झारो अब नेता जी।

पद की गरिमा ,कार्य-प्रकृति और जटिलता का रखो ख्याल।

पर्याप्त प्रशिक्षण, न्यूनतम अंक और दक्षता का हो प्रावधान।

उत्पादकता, गुणवक्ता और कार्य कुशलता मे सुधार रहे।

जन जन उभरे हर मन उभरे और समानता की बयार बहे।

आरक्षण के उद्देश्यों  को पूरा पूरा हासिल  कर लें।

ये भी बढ़ लें वो भी बढ़ लें सब मिलकर हिन्द की जय कर लें।

                                            भारतीय बैंकों का विलयन- वरदान या अभिशाप

यह तर्क की लकड़ी  की गठरी बंधे होने पर मजबूत हो जाती है और वही लकड़िया अकेले होने पर कमजोर हो जाती है, बैंकों के विलयन के संदर्भ में अधूरा सच साबित हो सकता है।  जिसको पूरा करने के लिए विवाह का उदहारण सर्वथा उपयुक्त होगा।  जैसे विवाह के बाद नयी बहु को नये घर के तौर-तरीके सीखने के साथ-साथ खुद को और अपने  मायके के संस्कारों को भी  साबित करने की चुनौती होती है।  ठीक वैसे ही छोटे विलय होने वाले बैंकों और उनके कर्मचारियों को भी खुद को साबित करना होगा साथ-साथ मुख्य बैंक के काम करने के ढंग भी सीखने होंगे। साथ-साथ अगर नयी बहु यानी की नए बैंक अगर साथ में कोई बीमारी या कमजोरी लाते है तो बड़े बैंकों को अच्छे ससुराल वालों की तरह उनका इलाज भी  करवाना होगा।

बैंकों को विलयन के दौरान एवम बाद में निम्नलिखित चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ेगा।

१) बैंकों की संख्या कम होने की दशा में मुख्य प्रबंध निदेशक, कार्यकारी निदेशक एवम  उच्य अधिकारीयों  के पदों में भारी गिरावट तो आएगी ही  साथ ही पदोन्नति के अवसरो में भी भारी गिरावट संभव है। वैसे में छोटे विलय हो रहे बैंकों के कर्मचारियों के हित की रक्षा एक बहुत बड़ी जिम्मेदारी होगी। साथ ही स्थानांतरण के अवसर, विभिन्न विभागों में तैनाती जैसे विषयों में पक्षपात से बचने की जिम्मेदारी भी बड़े बैंकों की होगी।

२) छोटे बैंकों को नए बैंक के काम करने के तरीके सिखने के अलावा, अपने बैंक के मूल सिद्धांत, उसकी पहचान, टैग-लाइन, यहाँ तक की स्थापना दिवस और उनके संस्थापक के सम्मान की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी तो होगी ही साथ ही अपनी पहचान खोने का डर भी होगा।  ऐसे में बड़े बैंक जिसमे विलय हो रहा है उनकी जिम्मेदारी होगी की जबतक छोटे बैंक बड़े बैंक को हर तरीके से अपना न ले उनसे उनकी पहचान न छीनी जाये।

३) बैंकों के विलयन की स्थिति में शाखाओं, कार्यालयों का बंद होना तय है ऐसी दशा में पुनर्विन्यास, स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृर्ति योजना, एवम छोटे कामगारों में कटौती बहुत बड़ी चुनौती होगी जिसका कोई हल संभव नहीं दिखता।
४) धोखे और गबन की सम्भावनाओ से भी इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता साथ ही अनुपालन एवम जोखिम प्रबंधन के क्षेत्रों में भी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मापदंडों को हासिल करना बड़ी चुनौती साबित हो सकती है।

५) छोटे एवम क्षेत्रीय बैंकों के साथ क्षेत्र आधारित जुड़ाओ होता है, विलय के बाद उस जुड़ाओ को बचाये रखना बड़ी जिम्मेदारी होगी। साथ ही शेयर धारकों, खाता धारकों एवम सभी हित धारकों के हितों की रक्षा की जिम्मेदारी भी रहेगी।

६) तत्कालीन तौर पर काफी सारी सेवाओं के बाधित होने का खतरा तो रहेगा ही साथ ही उन सेवाओं को तुरंत लागु करने की चुनौती भी रहेगी।

बैंकों को विलयन से होने वाले फायदे

१) वित्तीय स्वास्थ्य में सुधार होने से स्वायत्ता बढ़ेगी साथ की उधार देने की क्षमता एवम आधारिक संरचना  का भी विस्तार होगा। साथ ही बेहतर संचालन, उन्नत तकनीक, बेहतर प्रबंधन  एवम बेहतर सेवाओं के साथ बैंकों को वैश्विक स्तर पर नयी पहचान मिलेगी।

२) बैंकों को उच्च मूल्य के ऋणों को सँभालने में आसानी होगी साथ ही ऐसे ऋणों की निगरानी भी आसान होगी।  जोखिम प्रबंधन में विविधता के साथ- साथ गैर निष्पादक आस्थियों का प्रबंधन भी आसान हो जायेगा।

३) गैर निष्पादक आस्थियों/बुरे ऋणों एवँ ऐसे बड़े ऋण खातों में वसूली आसान होगी , क्युकि क्षेत्र आधारित  विलय की स्थिति में  एक ही खाते में एक ही संपत्ति दो या उससे अधिक  बैंकों को बंधक दिए जाने की स्थिति में पहला शुल्क एवम एवं दूसरे शुल्क की परेशानी ख़तम हो जाएगी।  क्युकि ऐसी स्थिति में एक क्षेत्र के सभी या ज्यादातर बैंकों का विलय साथ में हो चूका होगा। साथ ही वसूली पर आने वाले खर्च में भी कमी आएगी।

४) सभी बैंकों का तकनीकी उन्नयन एवं मानव संसाधन के एकीकरण से सेवा में सुधार तय है ही साथ ही खाताधारकों एवं ग्राहकों के लिए सिर्फ कुछ बैंकों के बीच उत्पाद की व्यापक एवं नयी रेंज उपलब्ध होगी।

५) बैंकों के बीच की अनुचित प्रतियोगिता का अंत होगा।  बिना वजह जो बैंको के विस्तार के लिए बैंक के बगल में बैंक खोले गए  थे उनको बंद करके खर्चो पर नियंत्रण होगा साथ ही विलय की दशा में मुख्य प्रबंध निदेशक, कार्यकारी निदेशक एवम  उच्य अधिकारीयों  के पदों में भारी कटौती होगी उससे भी बैंकों के खर्च में काफी कमी आएगी जिसका सही इस्तेमाल हो सकेगा।

६) सरकार और  आर. बी. आई को बैंकों को नियंत्रित एवं निर्देशित करने में आसानी होगी साथ ही उच्य स्तर सेवा एवं आकार में विस्तार के बाद सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक भी निजी क्षेत्र के बैंक से कंधे से कन्धा मिला के प्रतिस्पर्धा करेंगे। एवं राष्ट्र के निर्माण में अपना बहुमूल्य योगदान देंगे।

जैसा की हम सभी जानते है की हर परिवर्तन अपने साथ कुछ अच्छे एवं कुछ बुरे परिणाम लाता  है हमें सिर्फ ये देखना होता कि उपरोक्त परिवर्तन का कुल प्रभाव क्या रहेगा।  इस मामले में भी अगर सरकार जल्दबाजी न दिखाय एवं विलयन के सभी परिणामो को देखते हुए उचित समय पर उचित कदम उठाय और बैंकों पर विलयन थोपने की बजाय बैंकों को उनकी  भौगोलिक एवं  वित्तीय सहूलियत के अनुसार विलयन को स्वयं चुनने की आजादी दे तो निश्चित तौर पर विलयन देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को सुद्रढ़ करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा।

धर्म जाति का भेद मिटा के भारतीय सभी को बनना होगा 

बहुत खेल चुके बल्ले से अब बंदूकों से लड़ना होगा 

विराट कोहली की जगह हनुमंथप्पा तुझे बनना होगा 

हीरो अपने बदलने होंगे सम्मान फ़ौज का करना होगा 

वीरों की भूमि है ये वीर तुझे अब बनना होगा 

जिसने बेचा  है पठानकोट उन नेताओं से लड़ना होगा

He is an ordinary man with extra-ordinary thoughts, who pledges to serve a cause, who pledges to get back the honour of our mother land. The honour of being only country in the world where we not only use to respect women rather we adored them as god. In India women remained to be the symbol of wisdom(saraswati), Health(tulsi), wealth(lakshmi), power(durga), Purity(ganga), prosperity(anpoorna), and anger(kali).This is the land where Lord Ram was asked to take part in the sacred hawan with sita else the hawan would have been never complete. A nation where Kunti got the power to invoke five different gods for the birth of her child.
He pedaled more than 27,000 kilometers in 57 months in 19 states- Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra,Haryana, Punjab, & Rajyasthan and interacted approximately with 10 lakh people at more than 4000 points in cities, towns, townships & villages through out the country with his simple questions which are difficult to answer. He sketches our attention towards the unequal treatment given to child of two different sex right from the beginning of their childhood. How a girl child is made cultured, modest and civilized in the same family where her brother learns how to disrespect societal norms. She is supposed to remain under the supervision when her brother enjoys independence. She either cannot attend her friends B'day party or has to return before dark unlike her brother. She cannot go to the picnic, late night movie, any project work in the evening, or for roaming around the city which her brother very easily can do. She cannot extend her marriage for making her career whereas her brother can do it. She leaves her family, her surname, her friends in short her identity for her in-laws and in return gets exploitation, cruelty, dowry death and what not. our society bless them with acid attack, rape, eve-tease etc. Who is responsible for this? Some may say it is adoption of western culture, or the patriarchal society or may be lack of stringent law and order. But according to Rakesh Kumar Singh it is the unequal treatment which is responsible for these atrocities. So he strikes on the root of the problem perhaps.

But since last some decades condition of women has degraded drastically. Due to ill effect of our societal structure(patriarchal) and adoption of western culture women have lost their place. on one hand women who are part of glamour world, 90% of them are treated as thing(item number and advertisement), on the other hand they are subject to atrocities in the form of acid attack, rape, voyeurism, stalking, misbehave at work place, cruelty, dowry death and many more. One similar incidence of acid attack shaken Mr Rakesh Kumar Singh to a extend that he decided not only to raise his voice for gender equality but to make a serious effort towards curing this decease of inequality from the entire nation. Rakesh Kumar Singh hails from Bihar(Chapra), worked as media researcher for centre for the study of developing societies for 10 years. His meeting with an acid attack victim changed his life. As he stared his campaign on 15 march 2014 from Chennai in the form of a cycle ride for gender freedom (http://genderfreedom.in/) which continued till 2018.

He asks our society to give equal treatment to both sons and daughters. Make them both cultured, well-behaved, and civilized. Make them both equally independent, independent to choose their career, their life-partner and their way of living. They don't need your supervision all the time rather they need your support. If he succeeds it will not only put an end to the atrocities against women but it will give them opportunity to participate in each domain of openings in the society with their true capacity. Be it as legislator, administrator, social reformer, an artist, a sportsperson, in defense forces etc. And our Nation will lead the whole world in area of gender equality.    

             MAA GANGA  & INDIAN RAILWAY

I don't know the data about how much is spent in cleaning our holy GANGA and what all allocations were made for NAMAMI GANGE plan, and what was proposed in the last railway budget. But what i know is nothing seems to have changed with regard to the two issues i raised. My simple question is till when we will spent crores in making roadmap for GANGA project or is it the case that each time bureaucracy and politicians will eat the provisions allocated for MAA GANGA? If there is something serious done or government claim to be committed towards cleaning GANGA it should be visible on ground too.

Now coming on second issue INDIAN RAILWAY is lifeline of nation. Till when we are going to keep railway dirty unsafe and troublesome? There is a provision of 5000 fine for throwing garbage on platform. I have two questions are these provisions for implementation of for sake of paper work 2nd if we seriously want them to be implemented are we providing passengers sufficient number of dustbins inside the train or on platform. Our Prime minister talks about Bullet Trains But there is a question do we deserve bullet trains? Answering this question will take us towards a different discussion. So i simply going to raise 5 very important issues and there solution which will change the destiny of Railways and Passengers travelling throught it.

1.CLEAN RAILWAY- from inside and out side, provide with sufficient number of dustbins and also have plan for disposal of garbage, recruit some citizens under cleanness project provide some responsibility and power to railway staffs like Station Master T.C and R.P.F , also have provisions of incentive and recognition for their success in the project.

2.CLEAN WATER- atleast clean water if not cold water.installing water purifier at stations.

3.SECURITY- In this area some work has been done by govt, my suggestion is to deploy RPF in each coach or train according to requirement to have toll free numbers specially for women for immediate action.

4.MEDICAL FACILITY- At least one doctor and two attendant must travel in each long route trains to tackle emergency medical urge and provide first aid.

5.NO LATE POLICY - We talk about Bullet trains let us first resolve the problem of late running trains. Only possible by improving the conditions of our tracks, double line,quad line, electrification proper signal facility and last but not least by showing high will power by concern authorities like Station Masters and other concern staffs.
